Cancellation policy

If guest needs to cancel their reservation then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below: 50% of the amount paid by guest will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. 25% of the amount paid by guest will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. No Refunds are issued for rentals occurring between December 19th and January 7th.
